In 1999 a young family entered a loving and religious group that promoted a naturalistic, community based lifestyle. In just under two years they were left to fend for themselves.
Matthew Lee Wagoner, 43, died suddenly at his home on July 12, 2021. Matthew was born at 8:56 a.m. on June 25, 1978 at Fort Hood, Texas. He graduated with honors from Northeast High School earning an ROTC Scholarship to Xavier University and graduating in 2000 with a Bachelorâs Degree in Physics. He was then commissioned in the Army as a 2LT. While stationed in Hawaii, he became an Airborne Ranger with Sapper Tab then earning Air Assault Wings. 1LT Wagoner was then stationed at Ft. Bragg, N.C. CPT Wagoner finished his Masterâs Degree in Missouri. Back to Fort Bragg and then onto ROTC Duty in Dahlonega, GA. Maj. Wagoner had three deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan while serving 13 years to his country. He came home to Clarksville four years ago to several civilian jobs, to include Shiloh Ind. and Superior Graphite in Hopkinsville, KY. Matthew loved big trucks with lifts, hunting, horror movies, zombies, Viking music, gaming, and spending time with friends and family.

Dearly loved Father, Grandfather and Husband, sadly passed away at home on January 14th. The funeral will be held at Corpus Christi Church on 19th February at 10.30, sadly due to COVID restrictions the Church will be invite only.
