Alex [inaudible] had extreme Mental Health conditions that were well documented [inaudible] public apology. [inaudible] who was only the nob fub after his death. Mr. Nito never had a diagnosis of Mental Illness and so the apology is accepted and hope that you take that [inaudible] any further Public Comment on this matter . Whether you choose tahold the Performance Review in public i think it is important you share what the standards and expectations are.
