The stepmother of a 6-year-old Ohio child who was allegedly shot by his biological mother last month is speaking out for the first time since the tragedy.
Emma Jean Cameron, who said she is the girlfriend of the father of 6-year-old Kaamir Bringht, told local news outlet WOIO that the boy s death continues to haunt her. Accused of killing the child is his 30-year-old mother Daneicha Bringht, who according to police reports fatally shot her son inside her room at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Brooklyn, Ohio, on April 24.
