The attorneys wrapped up 12 and a half hours of closing arguments. Annie andersen spent the day in court and joins us now with the latest on this, annie. Reporter the kidnapping and murder of kevin quick may have man with led the government to investigate the six people on trial. Those are not the only charges that the jury will have to decide on. Four of the six people are charged with usecharged with using a gun to kidnap and kill quick and Violent Crimes in aid of racketeering or vicar. They make up twothirds of the 34 charges that the jury has to decide. Other third are a federal charge. But the main umbrella charge in this whole case is racketeering conspiracy. That is the charge that in closing arguments the attorneys really went against because if the jury doesnt find the six guilty on those counts, the robbery charges will go away because racketeering must be involved in those charges. Line this afternoon. Two suspects, both teenagers, are in custody. Reporter a Metro Transit Police spokesperson tells us that they believe the 15year old is the alleged shooter here.
