Wyoming’s winter has been rather mild, but recently came in with snow and subzero temperatures, which can not only be dangerous to people, but to pets as well.
Jayson Martin, Operations Manager at the St. Francis Animal Shelter in Buffalo, talked with Sheridan Media about the things pet owners should be aware of, and what to do and what not to do to keep their pets safe during the bitter cold.
Martin said during cold snaps above zero, its still best to keep animals inside as much as possible, and even more so when temperatures plummet below
zero.
