Randy Lee Fuller, 31, of Stronghurst, was cited and released for possessing drug paraphernalia at S. 10th and Vine Streets at 6:17 p.m. Wednesday. Jayme Lee Liles, 39, of Flores, was arrested at Highway 34 and DMC 34, at 11:01 p.m. Tuesday and charged with driving while barred, failing to provide proof of liability insurance, and fraudulent use of registration.
