Haley Alexander was crowned Miss Delaware s Outstanding Teen April 19 at the Milton Theatre.
A Delaware native, Haley currently attends Cab Calloway School of the Arts, where she is a senior dance major. When she isn’t in the dance studio or studying for a future career in sports medicine, she is actively promoting environmental sustainability and advocating for her platform; Think Smart, Think Green - Recycle! In her free time, she enjoys playing with her pet rabbit and two dogs, or hiking in Delaware’s many state parks.
Miss Delaware s Outstanding Teen Program is a state preliminary program to Miss America s Outstanding Teen Program. The competition consists of several parts, including a 10-minute interview in front of a panel of judges, an on-stage performing talent, physical fitness and activewear, evening gown, and an on-stage question.
