Janice Lynn wraps Ed Reader, Coffeeâs Countyâs oldest living veteran, in a Quilt of Valor at the Veterans Building in Manchester during a surprise 97th birthday celebration on Oct. 16. Reader, who served in the Army Air Corps, was a door gunner on a B-17 during World War II.
