Doctors, lawmakers, advocates say emergency rooms are no place for kids to stay

Doctors, lawmakers, advocates say emergency rooms are no place for kids to stay Children having mental health crises often end up in hospital emergency rooms for weeks at a time, and now doctors and legislators want to change this.
