DULUTH, Minn.-If you have been in the vicinity of Bridgeman’s recently you may have noticed something new in their parking lot.
Bridgeman’s has purchased a food truck and they are in the stages of getting it ready to hit the streets. The goal is to have it out at various events this summer as well as open on the patio next to the restaurant.
“It was always kind of in the works, and then when the shutdown occurred, i got a little nervous and we put it on hold. Now it just seems like it’s a good time to get out there and do something fun. The staff is super excited. They want to get out there and start cooking. So I think it’s being received really well,” said owner Jay Broman
