The famous Ruth’s Chris Steak House chain hopes to open its second Minnesota restaurant in downtown Rochester in spring of 2024. It is being built in the Kahler Grand Hotel along the Peace Plaza.
Kahler Hospitality Group announced this week that a recreation of the 1971 Kahler Grand Hotel sign is expected to be installed in October. The old neon sign was taken down in April.
