State of the State Part IV focuses on development

Created: January 14, 2021 01:30 PM Gov. Cuomo delivered his fourth and final part of his series of the State of State Thursday. Cuomo talked about big public projects the state has already completed in his tenure. The governor says now is the time for the government to spark the economy with development. Those plans include converting an underutilized exit ramp in Albany into a landscaped park with event spaces, and a path connecting several Downtown Albany neighborhoods.
