SunStar February 04, 2021 AS A prelude to the reinvigorated agricultural activities in the city of Mabalacat, Rosan S. Paquia, EnP, head of the City Planning and Development Office and concurrent Chief of Staff and Officer-in-charge of the City Agriculture Office, announced that a dispersal program involving ducks, hens, turkeys and possibly goats will be implemented soon to afford the city residents additional alternative livelihood and source of income.
Having taken over the helm at the City Agriculture Office, Rosan has adopted several innovations at the said office with the same zeal and passion he put to work at the City Planning. The Agriculture office will definitely benefit from the kind of leadership Rosan brandishes and implements.
