Jason White of Jason P. White Dentistry at 4425 98th Street was charged both on the federal and state level with production of child pornography. He was also charged with receipt and distribution of child porn, enticement of a minor and sexual performance of a child.
White is also being sued for $10 million dollars by a Lubbock family who says he enticed their 16-year-old son into taking sexualized videos of himself. They accused White of running a child porn business, saying that he offered to pay the 16 year old once he turned 17.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - An In Person Preliminary Hearing and Detention Hearing in the trial of Jason Paul White have been set for Wednesday, January 20 in connection to allegations against White related to child pornography.
According to court documents, White will appear before Magistrate Judge D. Gordon Bryant Jr. at the U.S. Courthouse in Lubbock at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The Lubbock Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Homeland Security and other agencies executed a search warrant for the office of local dentist Jason P. White DDS., on January 14.

KAMC News reports that the Lubbock Police department also assisted in the execution of the search warrant.
This all happened at the office of Lubbock dentist Jason P. White, D.D.S., whose office is located in the 4400 block of 98th Street.
The 41-year-old dentist was arrested and booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center just before 4:30 p.m. Video below shows White being arrested:
Lubbock police said that they were unable to confirm any charges, and White did not have any charges listed on his public info sheet. Lubbock-based reporter Blair Sabol said on Twitter that law enforcement sources told her Dr. White could face charges related to child pornography. KFYO News, however, has yet to confirm that.
