A plan for 132 units in a five-story building and 10 townhouses in the Duck Island section of Cleveland's Tremont neighborhood has gotten schematic approval from the Cleveland City Planning Commission. It also drew criticism from residents about the impact of it and two other proposed multifamily projects on the area's quality of life.
