Charges of assault with a firearm and animal cruelty have been added to the allegations against Eureka resident Jason Michael Miller, accused of murdering Kiera Lynn Foley to death in April 2021.
Even though Kiera Lynn Foley’s body has not been found, Judge Kaleb Cockrum ruled today there is sufficient evidence for Jason Michael Miller to stand trial on a charge of murder.
