See Pic: NASA Perseverance Rover Spots Funny-Looking Rocks On The Red Planet! 3 hours, 2 minutes NASA’s advanced Perseverance rover on Mars has been spotting and exploring rocks ever since it landed on the red planet. In fact, some of the rocks spotted by the rover have shapes ranging from downright weird to resembling a dinosaur. As reported by CNET, rover spotted a rock that resembles a “Brachiosaurus”, a genus of sauropod dinosaur that lived in North America during the Late Jurassic, about 154–153 million years ago. Software engineer Kevin Gill, a data wrangler at NASA-JPL, took to Twitter to share an image of a rock discovered by rover on April 15 that looks like a tiny brachiosaurus. Similarly, a space writer Jason Major spotted a rock in a rover image captured from February that he says resembles a “Butt”. And it certainly does look like a butt rock!
