Shes accused of being an accessory to the murder of 13year old nicole lovell. Investigators say keeper helped 18yearold David Eisenhauer dispose of the body. In Court Details about keepers role in the murder were revealed. Prosecutors have already charged eisenhauer with abduction and murder. He admitted to driving to lovells house the night she disappeared and watched her climb out her bedroom window. Then went to keepers dorm room. And in court, revealed keepers and eisenhauer planned the murder. They say eisenhauer planned to cut lovells throat. They bought a shovel and cleaning supplies to dispose of the body. Sergeant Yulanda Williams is a 17year veteran of the San Francisco Police Department and president of officers for justice which represents africanamerican policemen and women. Earlier this year she learned her name was mentioned in a series of racist Text Messages exchanged between fellow officers. I take it was not a personal attack on me but on all women of color. At first four officer were under investigation and now that number has grown to 14. I see this as a systemic issue and its also the tip of the iceberg. I did read the bill and i can tell you that the administrative code, 28. 89, that mandates what the policy will be for the Police Department in terms of testing for dna, our standard is a lot higher, that we meet. We have, we are required by the administrative code to collect kits within 72 hours, which we do. We keep track of that collection and we have never missed that mark not once. And our time goal in the administrative code is that once we take the collection of those kits, we analyze them and if there is an eligible profile we enter into it the kotus within 14 days and that is a lofty goal and we have met it on many occasions. But it is tough. The Assembly Bill, said that the language says that Law Enforcement agencies are encouraged to collect Sexual Assault kit evidence as soon as practical or within five days at the most and Law Enforcement is also encouraged to submit those kits to a crime lab.
