The loss of deputy hill leave a huge hole in their hearts. Deputy hill served the country and this community with courage. He will be missed and words cannot say how much. I ask that you keep his wife and two children in your thoughts and prayers. Investigators say that the two shooting started on the inside of the home and ended on the outside. And two other Police Officers were shot including a harrisburg officer and another from work city Police Department. Both are expected to survive and are being treated for lifethreatening injuries. And heres why everything highlighted on this map will be what the city is calling a traffic box. Residents will be able to drive within the border but once you leave you cannot come back. Septa buses and trolleys will not be operating inside. This all goes into effect friday september 25th at 6 00 p. M. The Northern Boundary starts at Delaware Avenue along Spring Garden up ridge to girard. South street is cut off line on the south end. Then at 10 00 p. M. Stuck vehicles all across our area because of the deteriorating conditions you dont want to be out on these roadways as this storm dumps inches of snow. Temperatures continue to drop. The storm continues to drop inches of snow. Yeah it is Pretty Amazing and it is a wide area just about everybody is affected by this snow right now. This is a picture of center city, still able to see broad street. Or is that Market Street . Thats Market Street. And the road in center city generally on the wet side. Thats only because there has been a lot of traffic, plow it all the time and it is not indicative of the roads in the suburbs. Heaviest snow falling across a good part of the area falling slowly south. Everybody is freezing up. Later today and tonight. So probably want to get rid of as much snow as you can,
