Police tape is blocking the area where the scene happened. Cedar Rapids Police did confirm with us last night that two people were shot at the cedar valley townhouses apartment complex on j street . Southwest cedar rapids. We havent been able to confirm their conditions at this point, but our crew on the scene last night did see a body bag in the area where officers are investigating is.
