lose their jobs. the economy has suffered as the global demand for steel has dropped. baltimore city police are trying to find a body found at the by a utility shaft in northeast baltimore. a body was discovered around 11:00 a.m. this morning. police say the body was so badly decomposed it could be days before a cause of death is determined. maryland expects to get its first shipment of swine flu vaccine tuesday. but the first batch of doses will be offered mostly to health care workers. children, younger than 10 will need two doses of the vaccine within 21 days between doses. the federal government covers the cost of the vaccine itself. some providers may charge an administration fee. a former priest has been charged with sexually abusing a child in ocean city. more than 30 years ago. 64-year-old michael barns of north carolina has been arrested. ocean city police say they got the complaint about the alleged abuse this spring. the abuse took place between 1977 and 1982.
