A Taylor County grand jury Thursday indicted a woman who attempted to strike her ex-boyfriend with her vehicle.
Judy Eads, of Tuscola, was indicted on one count of aggravated assault stemming from a Nov. 20 incident.
According to court documents, an Abilene police officer reported observing a white Nissan in a parking lot sped up towards an individual, causing him to dodge.
Eads, the documents said, admitted to going to her ex-boyfriend s place of employment, upset about their breakup.
She then struck him in the face, the documents said, and attempted to strike him with her vehicle. She said she didn t intend to run him over and was just angry at him for leading her on.
