with the weather. we have had some disappointing weather. that threat of rain is lingering over our head to start the weekend, and it is a big weekend, so we would prefer not to have rain in the area. we re working on it. it is a work in progress. today will be a transition to a smaller chance of rain swren eventually during the day today. we still have a couple light showers around the metro area. i ran through, i think i would call them heavy sprinkles coming in. most of the rain is from annapolis southward. it is all light shower activity. mostly in southern maryland running down toward st. mary s county. a couple sprinkles in harford and cecil county. the further west you go, the less you get involved in sprinkle activity, although patches of fog are out there, too. we ll detail what we do coming up in the insta-weather plus forecast. stick around. our big story comes out of the baltimore county where there are several investigates underway after the death of a man wh

speeding on the shoulder. the vehicle crashed into a highway sign. authorities say johnson refused to cooperate and try to accelerate from the crash scene. he can stop. he yelled profanities and punched deep trigger in the face, arm, chest. they used pepper spray but it did not subdue him. baltimore county police were also on the scene. the two fired the taser gun. it was at this time that he caught got out of the fight a little bit. they started to put handcuffs on him. he became unresponsive and went into cardiac arrest. he later died. neighbors say johnson worked in the computer field and was recently laid off. they say he had a history of diabetes problems and believe diabetic shock is the only plausible behavior. plausible explanation for his behavior. there was an incident this past winter in february during the snowstorm where he had a diabetic shock. the fire truck and ambulance could not get down the street to him. they had to take a sled. carl is a wond
