Pasuta began her career at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok before exploring opportunities outside of Thailand. Developing her skills and adding to her experience, she worked in New Zealand and also held the Deputy Hotel Manager position at Bougainvilla Hotel in Khartoum, Sudan. In 2009, Pasuta returned to Thailand to take on the role of Resort Manager at X2 Samui Villas by Design before becoming the Resort Manager at Away Koh Kood in June 2010. She continued her career as a Resort Manager for Absolute Sanctuary Samui in 2011 before moving to Khon Khaen s Wishing Tree Resort for 4 years.
