OGDENSBURG Two Ogdensburg residents were charged with drug possession on Elizabeth Street Tuesday night, according to Ogdensburg police.
Jasmine Marrero, 30 and Charlie R. Watford, 36, were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9:55 p.m., officers said.
Both subjects were cited and released.
