Reporter erika, good morning, police say those kids had one phone that was capable of dialing one number, thankfully it was 911. Meantime here, at the special victims unit this Morning Police continue to investigate. They have not yet released the identity of the mother involved. But they say she lock her four kids in a basement in kensington over this past weekends for nearly 15 hours as punishment. It was inside this base until the kensington where police found four children this weekend, locked away without food water or a bathroom.
