The Alameda County coroner’s office said Rhodes was a resident of San Francisco and Oakland. The fatal shooting injured seven people and involved multiple shooters amid the city’s lakeside Juneteenth festivities that drew a crowd of thousands, police said. Rhodes was a “happy, fun-loving and musical person,” his aunt Jasma Turner told the Chronicle on Tuesday.
