Exclusive: Thamesmead Waterfront shortlist revealed Thamesmead Waterfront Peabody and Lendlease have whittled down a 10-strong longlist to five ‘diverse and innovative’ teams in its £8 billion Thamesmead Waterfront development contest AJ 40 under 40 stars feature in all but one of the shortlisted collaborations vying to become strategic masterplanners for the massive project in south-east London.
