East London-based JA Projects – founded by AJ 40 under 40 winner Jayden Ali – has been chosen to work on the enormous 100ha project as part of a team led by Prior + Partners, featuring West 8, Alison Brooks Architects, Turner Works and Marc Koehler Architects.

Peabody and Lendlease have whittled down a 10-strong longlist to five ‘diverse and innovative’ teams in its £8 billion Thamesmead Waterfront development contest
AJ 40 under 40 stars feature in all but one of the shortlisted collaborations vying to become strategic masterplanners for the massive project in south-east London.

Allies and Morrison has teamed up with – among others – AJ 40 under 40 member Jas Bhalla, while Prior + Partners is leading a bid with West 8 of Rotterdam, Alison Brooks Architects, Turner Works, and AJ 40 under 40 talent Jayden Ali’s JA Projects.
