A sixth Ballarat-based rider has been suspended for a failed drug test at trackwork.
Jockeys Jarrod Lorensini and Samuel Payne were both banned for six months for testing positive to a banned substance at Ballarat trackwork in March.
Another three trackwork riders were banned for periods ranging from three weeks to four months after producing positive results in urine samples.
Track rider Paul Tolman was the latest to be caught with a banned substance in his system at the March 15 trackwork session.
