Raymond Usher
“Unfortunately, on that day I don’t know why I became so complacent. But, that at that point I couldn’t say whether he had somebody on the boat at the Southern Foreshore, because I was just standing up in front of the Magistrate court when he was just talking to me and said, “Dad, I just come to let you know that I am moving now, I am going, I hope the funeral goes very well.” Because, like I said it was the funeral for my dad and my stepmother. I am totally immersed with anxiousness as to what is happening, what could have happened, and where he is that could delay him from coming back. We don’t know what happened out there, because so many things is happening these days. It behooves me to know what could happen out there. I am appealing to anybody who have might have seen that boat and know who he is will be able to reach out and communicate with us and even with those in authority.”
