Appeals court allows ban on chemicals in toys to stand for now By Rita R. Robison on March 12, 2021 at 10:45 PM

The court rejected most of the arguments made by the chemical industry opposing the ban. However, it also found flaws in the agency’s rulemaking process.
The court gave the agency an opportunity to fix the errors before the court considers the remaining issues it has with the ban.
