The regional-based workshops will be informal conversations around production agronomics, variety selection and economics. They will focus on small grain production in southern Minnesota, but are open and applicable to all small grain producers. For southwest Minnesota, the workshop is from 4 to 6 p.m. Feb. 17. The workshop is being offered via Zoom in lieu of the in-person southern Minnesota small grain workshops.
