Maine printing business raises $150K to help other businesses during pandemic © WMTW 320 ink, westbrook Thanks to the creative efforts of one Maine business, thousands of dollars have been raised to help other businesses get through the pandemic. “In total, I was able to write roughly $150,000 in checks to local businesses and organizations,” 320 Ink owner Drue Nickerson said. Nickerson’s Westbrook-based company prints T-shirts. His idea to help area businesses launched in March of last year when the impact of the pandemic was coming into focus. “So I called a meeting of my whole creative team, and we sat down and said, ‘How can we help? What can we do?” Nickerson said.
