The Belmont County Board of Commissioners recognized April as Sexual Assault Awareness last week. The Tri-County Help Center will hold a support group 5-6 p.m. the first Wednesday of every month at 104 ½ N. Marietta St., St. Clairsville. Services are free and confidential. More information can be found on the department’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
