We have been tracking a number of lawmakers. Several republicans taking to twitter, letting people know about the accident and saying that theyre okay. But, again, as we push into the truck that was hit, we can see it is pretty mangled up front. Again, were still working to understand exactly what happened. Some of the representatives are being treated for head and back injury but no lawmakers were seriously injured. The shock of the collision was such that you were not braced for it and it was fairly severe and people hit their heads. A team was sent to investigate the crash. The first death of a pedestrian struck highest mark train smart train. The key piece of evidence investigators are looking at. Police say Marcio Gonzalez junior was arrested in morgan hill and is facing charges of Sexual Assault of a minor. Jesse gary is live with the new details via learning. Reporter Morgan Hill Police say gonzales was arrested earlier today at his mothers house without incident. Because of his work as coach he was and what they call target rich environment i would not be surprised if of additional victims come forward. It happens quite often in these cases. Reporter gonzalez met his victim while working as a part time circuit soccer coach for several schools in Santa Clara County. It happened at a private residence within the last two years. One of the schools where he coached his Live High School in morgan hill where one coach expressed surprise at hearing the news live oak high school. It is disturbing.
