Reporter witnesses say that the victims were forced from the bus at gunpoint. They were ordered to read passes from the quran to separate out the nonmuslims who were forced to lie down before being shot in the head one by one at point blank range. 60 passengers were on board. 28 were killed. 911 women and 19 men. The attack happened near the kenyan border near somalia. The bus was traveling to the capitol of nairobi. Its believed there were about ten gunmen, Kenyan Police say theyre trying to track them down. The kenyan government said it was determined to bring them to justice.
