Contaminated or adulterated food one of the employees dropped those food labels and then picked it up and put it on top of the food directly, the meat directly, which is not good reporter and this happened in front of an inspector that same inspector also observed employees with unclean hands or improperly using gloves all the employees should know that basic hand washing they should be doing. Reporter inspectors also found unclean or improper sanitizing of food surfaces and utensilsand she found hot and cold food being kept at unsafe temperatures we saw temperatures of between 41 and 135 which are unsafe temperatures
