not that close. yeah. as far as recounts and contested elections go. yes. i want to go back to the fake electricer issue here, what law in theory could the january 6th committee say was broken here? so, the committee could argue this is part of the larger scheme to defraud the united states. that in itself say federal law. but also, there s a perhaps more direct federal law. we call it thousand one, which is you cannot submit a fraudulent document or make say false statement to the u.s. government, whether you re lying to the fbi, putting in a false doubt with the irs. and the argument may be that these forms say we re the lectors for trump and he did not win. there are distinctions between the seven documents put in. two of them say these are the electors, just in case it s formally decided donald trump won. that s going to be a harder case to make. the others don t say that. so the argument is those were false statements and actually sent into the national archives. going
