when you look at the indictment, you look at the matter, do you think this is a strong case? could end the conviction of the former president potentially? are you think that? i have a lot of confidence that this case will end in a conviction, assuming gets to trial. and that is if it goes to trial, for the election. and donald trump does not become president. if he is reelected then this case will go away. you sound skeptical it could get to travel for the election. i think it s going to be a real challenge. this is a huge case. it s like seven many trials for each state. there is a great many witnesses and there will be a tremendous amount of discovery. i think that people are underestimating the amount of witnesses that we are likely to interview. plus all the transcripts from the january 6th committee. which i would imagine jack smith obtained in the course of his investigation. all of that gets turned over to
