PITTSBURGH – Giant Eagle announced that it will partner with ECRM to host its first-ever Supplier Diversity week, providing a platform for both local and national diverse vendors to showcase their products for Giant Eagle merchants as the company considers items to be carried across its more than 200 supermarkets.
“We are passionate about discovering high-quality, unique items that represent all those living in the communities we serve,” said Giant Eagle spokesperson Jannah Jablonowski. “Our upcoming Supplier Diversity week will enable us to expand our development and support of diverse suppliers as we work to build meaningful partnerships.”
All online appointments have been booked for a multi-day mass covid vaccination clinic at Heinz Field in March. SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - Starting this week, people in Ohio with certain preexisting conditions are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine no matter their age; at least, thatâs how itâs supposed to work.
Janeil Whitworth made two vaccination appointments, one at Giant Eagle and one at Walgreens, only to have them canceled shortly after. The pharmacies told her she didnât qualify because she wasnât 65 years old, but her age shouldnât matter since she has cystic fibrosis.
