Kuehl writes, "If Chambers truly believes the house is only worth $1.9 million for tax purposes, he should be required to list the property for $2.1 million, a 10% profit. If the house doesn’t sell then Chambers has proven his point on the home's valuation. If the home does sell, if proves Chambers was attempting to keep two sets of book regarding the value of the house."
Kuehl writes, "The Fargo Planning commission should reevaluate this project and their parking criteria for these mega-apartment project so they do not cause spillover to adjacent streets and burden the neighborhood."
