During the incident which took place after 5 p.m. Sunday, Gregory Williams, 49, was visiting friends in Laurelton and was looking for a spot to park his car. He then moved a traffic cone blocking a spot outside the house of Anthony Thomas on Mentone Avenue.

A 49-year-old man was left fighting for his life over the weekend after he was stabbed several times for insulting a Queens, New York homeowner s wife during a parking spot dispute.
The incident started when Gregory Williams tried to park his vehicle in a space right outside 58-year-old Anthony Thomas Mentone Avenue home at around 5 p.m. Sunday, the New York Post reported, citing witnesses of the stabbing.
