The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Janie Hedstrom in January. Jordan Leigh Powers, born in 1994, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Natasha Rose Lohman, born in 1991, had dismissed by the prosecution a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, first violation. Jordan Charles Demontiney, born in 1987, had dismissed by the prosecution charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, reckless driving, first offense, failure to give notice of accident by quickest.
