At least in Dallas, there is a history that one might take a look at. I think it was Dallas ISD that provided credit cards to employees with no controls for use. That turned in to a multimillion-dollar fiasco.
Again, what could go wrong with “constitutional carry”? Ask any of the law enforcement agencies in Texas for their thoughts on permitless carry. So far, I haven’t hear of one that supports it.
Again, what could possibly go wrong? Look at the constitutional prerogatives that we already have that we don’t use voting, for instance. Why do we want to provide more opportunities (for disaster) when we don’t use the rights that we already have?
