Vice President Janice Hewitt welcomed 13 members to the W. I. Zoom meeting on Wed, April 7 at 10a.m.

President Joyce Roach read the opening ode and the Mary Stewart Collect. Everyone answered the roll call by revealing their secret pal for 2019-21. Sandra MacDonald read the minutes of the March 3 meeting and Janice gave the Treasurer’s report. Janice also read several thank you notes and other correspondence was noted.
We then moved into the annual meeting and Betty Jean was nominated to act as secretary of this part of the meeting. Janice went over the past year’s balance sheet and noted that the membership fees and a donation to the food bank have to be sent in yet. Anyone still owing their fees should submit them. Janice also presented a proposed budget for 2021
