Twinkle in the Terrace will be held on December 19, 2020, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Temple Terrace United Methodist Church, which is located at 5030 East Busch Boulevard. The organization is partnering with Temple Terrace United Methodist Church and South Tampa Fellowship to offer an evening of holiday fun for the whole community, focusing on supporting and encouraging local foster families.
