HERE in Sussex, we are hugely lucky to have a seemingly infinite supply of natural beauty on our doorstep. From the starling murmurations regularly seen flitting above Brighton Palace Pier against stunning sunsets to the rolling hills of the South Downs, the county has plenty to give.
