Three Nova Scotia researchers have been awarded a total of $1.5 million from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research to study the wider health impacts of COVID-19 on Canadians.
Three researchers at Dalhousie University and the IWK Health Centre have each received nearly $500,000 to study the impacts the pandemic has had on children with complex care needs, women who face violence and equity-seeking groups.

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. â Images Cinema will reopen to the public on Saturday, May 29. The theater, which has been closed for over fourteen months, will resume daily film screenings with certain precautions still in place, including masks for staff and guests. Upcoming films include two Academy Award winners, the Sundance award-winning Summer of Soul and the highly anticipated In the Heights.
