The justices ruling that states cannot bar donald trump from running for another term. Even though he is accused by some of insurrection. Colorado and several other states were seeking to disqualified trauma because of his action surrounding the january 6th attack on the u. S. Capitol. Now todays decision was unanimous. All nine justices agreed that trump cannot be barred from the ballot. And perhaps the most important ruling about a presdential election of more than two decades since the decision of Bush Versus Gore in 2000. This is the key paragraph of the ruling. States may disqualified persons attempting to hold state office, but states have no power under the constitution with respect to federal offices, especially the presidency. People have been lining up, all day along the sea wall here in North Wildwood, right to the edge of the storm because you have these enormous 10foot waves, that are smashing against the sea wall, shooting up spray.
