I believe that supervisor wiener stated last week he doesnt want to opine on whether or not the additional unit he was allowed to be in this ordinance would be added whether it be a rental or ownership unit. I want to see this by the way, i think it will meet another need for people to guy homes to get into San Francisco. I know that another part 0 allows nor pass on to the tenant this should be looked at so some degree the tenants are living there knowing with the unit is not legal sometimes theyre not aware of the situation but i think that some of the costs i dont know what percentage might be allowed to be paid by the tenant over a period of time because their take advantageing of the life and safety and a prorated percentage being paid by the tenants makes sense to me. Now the legislation gives the city a tool to activate plaza like Farmers Market and limit Live Performance that will have partnerships with the Community Members and proposes to streamline the permitting process for standards of the plaza making activation easier and sustainable it establishes an inner agency group to incite the administration of the program.
